Minnesota prosecutor panics in court as scheme between fellow attorneys to hide sex crimes against children is addressed

Explosion comes as journalist published medical examiner records that reveal bones of Jacob Wetterling were NOT HUMAN

By Timothy Charles Holmseth on August 30, 2018 at 7:46 P.M. CST

East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad exploded in Polk County court today during a pre-trial hearing regarding investigative journalist and publisher Timothy Charles Holmseth.

EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad

Holmseth recently published an explosive medical examiners report that showed the bones found by law enforcement to confirm Jacob Wetterling’s remains had been found – were NOT HUMAN.

Holmseth appeared with his present public defender, Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group, Grand Forks. Handy advised Honorable Tamara Yon that Holmseth filed an ethics complaint against her (Handy) in advance of filing a federal lawsuit against the Minnesota Public Defenders Office (MPDO).

The devil that has long remained hidden in the details surfaced at today's hearing.

Honorable Yon addressed how the present situation makes assigning a public defender to Holmseth cumbersome because the people in supervisory positions at the MPDO will be defendants in the federal suit.

Holmseth calmly explained to the judge how and why he has been forced into the present situation.

Galstad interrupted Holmseth - but not until the cat was already out of the bag.

Galstad erupted as Holmseth told Honorable Yon that a Washington D.C. based trial attorney, Steven S. Biss, advised him (Holmseth) that an Injunction issued in Broward County, Florida and used to arrest Holmseth, for something he published, is "unconstitutional on its face".

The Florida court order Galstad is enforcing against Holmseth reads:

THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

"Tim, it's unconstitutional. It's so broad it would prohibit you from talking to me," Biss said, referring to the fact the order stops Holmseth from even making an "indirect" reference to the Petitioner by use of "electronic communication" which means telephone, text, fax, email, etc. "It violates your First Amendment protections to speech and press," Biss said.

The Florida Order primarily stops Holmseth, a former award-winning news reporter and FBI witness, from divulging names of persons that possessed child pornography of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings - and the details of a fake adoption scheme where infants and children were trafficked through the U.S. Embassy in New York.

Biss, a Princeton graduate who handles high profile cases, represents Holmseth in a federal defamation lawsuit against a defendant that is also the 'victim' in Galstad's local prosecution against Holmseth.

OUT OF STATE ATTORNEY EXPOSES A MINNESOTA PROBLEM

Facts and circumstances show everything was going fine for the lawyers in Polk County, Minnesota until an out-of-state attorney chimed in.

Holmseth explained to Honorable Yon the city of East Grand Forks has arrested him twice in seven years using a court order from a domestic violence court in Broward County, Florida - concerning a person Holmseth has never personally met in his life; an order that violates the First Amendment.

But there's significantly more to the situation then the fact the order violates Holmseth's rights - and it is was when Holmseth was explaining this to the judge that Galstad interrupted.

Here is why Galstad panicked.

Holmseth told the judge he has been assigned a total of three public defenders to represent him regarding this same case over the years. However, every lawyer assigned by the MPDO to represent Holmseth refused to challenge the Florida order based upon the First Amendment.

Holmseth explained to the court he is filing a federal Deprivation of Rights lawsuit because every lawyer assigned by the MPDO steadfastly refuses to challenge an order that is otherwise, instantly deemed unconstitutional, by lawyers who are not from the area.

MINNESOTA PROSECUTOR ATTACKS WWW.WRITEINTOACTION.COM

Galstad attacked Holmseth's publication www.writeintoaction.com and called Holmseth a 'conspiracy theorist'.

Holmseth recently used .writeintoaction.com to show the public the bones found of “Jacob Wetterling” were not human.

Galstad rambled on about things Holmseth "posts on his website" and requested Holmseth be ordered to submit to a psychological examination. Yon said such a request is automatically ordered with no discretion if requested by either party.

There is a reason why Galstad is trying to play the 'crazy' card on Holmseth.

GALSTAD IS COVERING UP FOR CHILD SEX TRAFFICKERS AND SHOULD BE DISBARRED

On December 14, 2012 the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force and East Grand Forks Police Department executed a search and seizure warrant for Holmseth's computer, hard-drive, and media storage devices.

Holmseth's property was plastered with Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) evidence stickers, and then disappeared into an abyss of god knows where, because according to EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund, the police kept no chain of custody records.

On January 4, 2013 there was a court hearing in Polk County where the seized property was discussed.

Ronald Galstad said the following to Judge Yon on January 4, 2013. “I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can - - we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking - - or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that”

He was lying.

Holmseth caught him.

Holmseth contacted the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) and was told in writing by Drew Evans, superintendent, BCA, that the BCA had no knowledge whatsoever of the police raid, did not give anyone to place BCA stickers on his computer, and was never asked to perform and examination of Holmseth's computer.

Galstad had blatantly lied to a judge to her face.

Galstad held onto to Holmseth's computer until April 26, 2013 when Attorney Bruce Ringstrom brokered a deal (extorted Holmseth) that required Holmseth to withdraw his BAR complaint against Galstad and remove all negative articles from the Web about local officials in order to get his computer back.

When the computer was returned it no longer operated.

Polk County Sheriff Investigator Michael Norland reported he searched Holmseth's computer but found no sign of illegal activity on the computer.

CHILD PORN OF MISSING CHILD HALEIGH CUMMINGS

Galstad and the police seized Holmseth's computer because they had been (falsely) told by members of a shadowy group of criminals with Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawka, Indiana, that Holmseth possessed the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings. They believed Holmseth had been sent copies of the photos in the course of his journalistic investigation into the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

The naked photos of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings photos were in the hands of the 'victim' in Galstad's case against Holmseth. Donald Knop, the man that said Galstad's victim possessed the photos, was an assistant to a lawyer in Broward County, Florida.

The warrant for Holmseth's computer, which was signed by Judge Remick, did not mention child pornography. Rather, it was crafted by Pine to Prairie Task Force Commander Sgt. Aeisso Schrage to look like a search for narcotics.

The hope and objective of the police was to 'stumble upon' the child porn. They could not openly state they were looking for child porn because if they did they would have to have a 'source' - and the real source was the VERY PEOPLE THAT TOOK THE PICTURES.

GRAND FORK HERLAD/BISMARCK TRIBUNE STORY REGARDING QANON AND HOLMSETH

Holmseth was recently interviewed by Grand Forks Herald reporter Emily Allen regarding QANON. Allen contacted Holmseth after Vice News ran a story about Holmseth being doxxed by the internet hacktavist group Anonymous for his association with QANON and their claim that Holmseth is attacking the families of missing and murdered children.

Allen interviewed David Murphy, city manager, East Grand Forks.

East Grand Forks City Administrator Dave Murphy said he is the only city official Holmseth is allowed to talk to.

“Mr. Holmseth, in my opinion, wastes a lot of the city’s time and energy in sending in Freedom of Information requests and calls,” Murphy said, adding Holmseth uses a lot of the city’s records to support “baseless accusations” against city officials and police.

“Quite frankly, I find it disgusting because these are hard-working state officers,”
Murphy said. “To have someone baselessly accusing them of being child sex traffickers is sick.”

Time will tell who is sick.
